Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location within the United States.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier scans the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Hidden District is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Hidden District is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
We recommend shipping orders to a secure address where packages can be received safely.
Shipping Delays
Hidden District is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
