Refund policy
At Hidden District, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the limited nature of our releases and to maintain product integrity, we enforce the following return policy.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons including but not limited to:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Fit preference
• Color variation due to lighting or screen display
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
We only accept exchanges for store credit under the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in original packaging
• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or discounted items
• Promotional items
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items with odors (including smoke, fragrance, or deodorant marks)
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
Final Decision
Hidden District reserves the right to:
• Refuse returns that do not meet our standards
• Limit or deny exchanges for repeat return abuse
All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are final.
